2017-09-26 13:24:13 Soumya Parisa eSystems is currently working with TeamDynamix, the CRM solution selected to replace Parature to implement their help desk solution with a go live date of December 2017. We do not expect there to be any delays in moving to this solution. We are working with other departments to improve the utilization of the help desk.
2017-08-15 09:36:45 Soumya Parisa After reviewing additional products, eSystems has recommended that we replace the current CRM solution with TeamDynamix. eSystems has met with all of the departments that currently utilize the CRM to review their current presence within the CRM. Development of the new CRM is scheduled to begin August 2017.
